# Cancellation Policy

At **Drynoory**, operated by **GirDhaan**, we understand that customers may sometimes need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when an order can be cancelled.

## 1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation of an order **before the order has been dispatched**.

To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number and registered mobile number.

Cancellation requests are subject to the order's current processing status.

## 2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched to the shipping or courier partner, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the order has already been dispatched, the customer may need to follow the applicable **Refund & Return Policy** after delivery.

## 3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an eligible order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method or the relevant payment service provider.

Refund processing may generally take **5–7 business days** after the cancellation is approved. The actual time for the amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

## 4. Orders That Cannot Be Fulfilled

If we are unable to fulfill a confirmed order due to product unavailability, technical errors, pricing errors, or other legitimate reasons, we may cancel the order and provide an applicable refund.

## 5. Cash on Delivery Orders

For **Cash on Delivery (COD)** orders, customers may request cancellation before dispatch.

Once a COD order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available.
